Project Description

We secured the contract for a retail gym at Sydney’s West to paint all internal and external elements, including walls, serviced ceilings, doors, and polyurethane floors. We transformed the new warehouse into a retail gym for the Anytime Fitness franchise, painted the changing rooms—including walls and doors—and applied a polyurethane finish to the concrete floor.

Project cost was $60k with 1month completion.

Challenges + Solutions + Achievements +

We coordinated with the site supervisor and worked efficiently around other trades, so challenges were minimal. Spray painting the ceilings required clearing the area to avoid over spray, so we scheduled a time for other subcontractors to vacate. We completed the work quickly, on time, and within budget. The gym is now open and operational.
