Project Description

We focused on correcting the pre-cast concrete panels and steel universal beams for this project. Our team protected the beams with anti-corrosion paint and primed them with high-adhesion paints. For the concrete, we used anti-shrinking and structural filler to ensure durability against moisture and other environmental challenges.

Challenges included the access or high and difficult to reach anchor patches around site sheds and lunch rooms. We hired knuckle booms to access these areas with scissor lifts and completed the works with little disruptions.
