Project Description

NSW contract for interior painting contractor at Parramatta Female Factory. The project involved the a high atrium about 12m-15m high and other decorative elements. Most of the interior was painted with Low VOC acrylic low sheen, semi-gloss and flat paint finishes. Existing space is now used primarily for working and employee amenities like kitchen, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and etc. The project is 1 of 2 part stage, which involved both external and internal properties of the building.

Challenges + Solutions + Achievements +

Our primary challenge was reaching the atrium ceiling. After considering various options, we found that using scaffolding was the most efficient and safe solution. Additionally, scissor lifts were used to access hard-to-reach corners. The results exceeded expectations, and our client was very pleased with the outcome.
