Industrial Park – McPherson Street Banksmeadow
We focused on correcting the pre-cast concrete panels and steel universal beams for this project. Our team protected the beams with anti-corrosion paint and primed them with high-adhesion paints. For the concrete, we used anti-shrinking and structural filler to ensure durability against moisture and other environmental challenges.
Crossroads Homemaker Centre – Casula – CBRE
Repaint paving floors for CBRE with anti-slip epoxy coatings on commercial shopping centre at Cross Roads Homemaker Centre. Located in camden valley Way, we coordinated with over 35 big brands with epoxy paint all pedestrian pathways.
Female Factory Parramatta – NSW Government – Stage 1
NSW government procured contract for Parramatta Female Factory. The sandstone structure require heavy restoration include repaints and repairs. The building is listed under National heritage site in need of painting windows, decks, doors, architraves, soffits, downpipes and more.
Retail – Anytime Fitness – Minchinbury
We secured the contract for a retail gym at Sydney’s West to paint all internal and external elements, including walls, serviced ceilings, doors, and polyurethane floors. We transformed the new warehouse into a retail gym for the Anytime Fitness franchise, painted the changing rooms—including walls and doors—and applied a polyurethane finish to the concrete floor.
Line Marking for CBRE at Homeco. Bankstown
Line marking project for CBRE at Homeco. Bankstown that involved prominently line marking for vehicles, pedestrians and parking singages. The project was complete after-hours for minimal disruption and ease.
Female Factory Parramatta – NSW Government – Stage 2
NSW contract for interior painting contractor at Parramatta Female Factory. The project involved the a high atrium about 12m-15m high and other decorative elements. Most of the interior was painted with Low VOC acrylic low sheen, semi-gloss and flat paint finishes. Existing space is now used primarily for working and employee amenities like kitchen, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and etc. The project is 1 of 2 part stage, which involved both external and internal properties of the building.
