Retail – Anytime Fitness – Minchinbury
We secured the contract for a retail gym at Sydney’s West to paint all internal and external elements, including walls, serviced ceilings, doors, and polyurethane floors. We transformed the new warehouse into a retail gym for the Anytime Fitness franchise, painted the changing rooms—including walls and doors—and applied a polyurethane finish to the concrete floor.
Epoxy Floors Line Marking for Westfields Burwood
Keep clear line marking for Westfields Burwood. The marking was used at the loading dock for loading and unloading of goods from delivery trucks at commercial store. The evident yellow lines with signage were also used on top of epoxy floors.
Restaurant – The Star City Casino Sydney
At The Star Sydney, our team painted and decorated walls using a blend of render and cement. We textured the surfaces to create a lateral cement decorative finish and then painted them to match the existing surroundings. We also repainted the ceiling to complement the overall design.
Female Factory Parramatta – NSW Government – Stage 2
NSW contract for interior painting contractor at Parramatta Female Factory. The project involved the a high atrium about 12m-15m high and other decorative elements. Most of the interior was painted with Low VOC acrylic low sheen, semi-gloss and flat paint finishes. Existing space is now used primarily for working and employee amenities like kitchen, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and etc. The project is 1 of 2 part stage, which involved both external and internal properties of the building.
Kitchen – Floor epoxy and Interior Walls
Our client required an anti-slip epoxy coating for their commercial kitchen due to heavy usage. We applied the epoxy to the entire kitchen floor before installing appliances like cooking tops, ventilation hoods, and counter tops. We also coated interior elements such as walls and ceilings in the newly prepared restaurant
Restaurant – Quay Quarter – Circular Quay Sydney
One of our existing clients requested that we paint his newly opened restaurant at Quay Quarter Circular Quay. We sanded and painted the plasterboard, decorated a feature wall, and textured the ceilings for enhanced visual appeal, all in line with the designer’s instructions.
Pub – The Oaks Hotel – Mosman
The Oaks Hotel, we stained and varnished the doors and windows on both the interior and exterior surfaces. We noticed that weather and age had caused the existing paint to flake, so we removed the old coatings with multiple sanders. Finally, we applied the proper stains and varnishes to achieve a fresh, updated look
